My orders from Lucky Wok are consistently excellent! I moved further away and continue to order from here because I know it will always be great and worth the further drive! Lucky Wok has included a few free items with my purchase and it is always appreciated and delicious. It is very simple and fast to pick up as well.

The service is always very good and the things we usually get were great. The only reason I gave four stars rather than five is that the Shrimp & Scallop dish did not have very much seafood in it - was mostly vegetables and garlic sauce.

Great tasting, hot and fresh food! Lucky Wok's Chinese Chicken is prepared "lighter" than other Chinese places in the area, which is refreshing and nice as it doesn't have the super sugary taste. You could actually taste the chicken.

Great food and generous portion as always. For those who wants to order from the authentic Chinese menu, I noted the dishes I wanted in the remark section of the online order form and selected 'pay at restaurant'. Worked perfectly!

Truly authentic and excellently prepared Chinese food. They have a super selection of things one can get at most such restaurants -- just more and prepared very well. For those who are familiar with menu items you might only find in China, they offer an alternative menu with those choices pictured. I've tried a few of them and they are really good as well. The service is superb -- those who greet and serve you are genuinely glad you're there, and show it. We usually order online for takeout. Orders take less than 20 minutes to be ready. The only exception to that I've ever encountered is New Years Eve when due to its popularity, the restaurant was full and there had to be 15 people like me who were there to pick up orders. They just needed another 30 minutes or so because they were making sure everyone's order was done right. You can call in your order and they will tell you how long it will be, or call about the status your online order before you drive over. But again, that's just once a year and the food was well-worth it, making our celebration perfect. Consistently the best Chinese food in the KC area.

Good food and close to home for those 'I don't want to cook and I don't want to go out' moments. We ordered hot and sour soup but it was not in the take-out package and did not discover this until we got the meals home.

Generous portions with good pricing surprised us. The food was delish! Will return for more tastings. So glad we gave this place a try-have driven by often but never stopped. Try it-you will be glad you did.

ordering was easy but would be nice to have explanations of unfamiliar menu items. Egg roll not as good as it used to be and chicken was just chicken, no vegetables at all. Not what I was expecting. Kind of boring.

Wonderful! We love this place and it never disappoints plus you get SO much food for your money! Usually, we like to stop in for the buffet but sometimes we carry out because one of us can't leave on our lunch break.

The food was great and plentiful. Downloaded app, ordered and paid online and food was ready within 20-25 minutes. Was nice to see the entire menu with click to order. Editing your order before purchase is super easy too.

Lucky Wok never fails when it comes to Chinese food. It's our go to because the order is always ready and the food leaves us satisfied. It's well worth the commute because nothing close can compete.

normally do not have issues from ordering here, but this time my order was not received and i had to wait 30 minutes in the restaurant. I also did not receive my order of egg rolls and didnt actually receive the hunan chicken combination plate but the entree instead

The food was good however they forgot the vegetable lo mein that I ordered and did not offer a discount for the future, which makes no sense. I paid for something that I did not even get, most businesses would offer a discount for their mistake.
